JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Operations & Content Assistant (Remote)

Compensation: $350/month (Starting)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 30 hours per week | U.S. Eastern Time

Maroon Strategist LLC is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations & Content Assistant to support our growing consulting, education, and workforce development initiatives. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, technology, and creative content.

Responsibilities
Manage email, calendar, and meeting scheduling
Draft and format documents, proposals, and presentations
Conduct online research and data entry
Organize files and maintain spreadsheets
Create and schedule social media posts
Edit short-form videos using Canva or CapCut
Assist with content creation using ChatGPT and AI tools
Provide administrative support and follow up on assigned tasks

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva, CapCut (or similar), and social media platforms
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
Reliable high-speed internet with backup internet and power
Able to work during U.S. Eastern business hours
