JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a smart, reliable and independent person to help grow my professional presence on LinkedIn.

I write about AI, technology, business and leadership for a senior business audience. You can see my work here: ----------

I create the ideas and core content. I need someone who can help me increase engagement and repurpose my content into high-quality visual and video formats.

20 hours/week | US$500/month

What you’ll do

LinkedIn engagement | ~15 hours/week
Work around 3 hours each weekday during UK morning hours
Comment on posts from a list of people and organisations I provide
Draft and post thoughtful comments in my voice
Respond to comments on my own posts
Aim for around 100 high-quality comments and replies per day

Content production & reporting | ~5 hours/week
Edit my existing podcasts and videos into strong short-form clips
Identify the best moments, cut them well, add captions and branding
Turn approved posts and ideas into high-quality visual content using my brand guidelines
Provide a short weekly report on activity, results and anything that needs my attention
Work during agreed UK morning hours on the weekend so I can review and give feedback

What I’m looking for
Excellent written English
Strong judgment and attention to detail
Strong video-editing skills
Experience with LinkedIn/social media
Good visual judgment and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Ability to understand business ideas and work independently

Training

I’ll also provide the accounts, posts and priorities you should focus on.
