WORK HOURS: Starting at 20+ hours/week with opportunity to grow into full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 AM–12:00 PM PST (9:00 PM–4:00 AM PHT)
STARTING PAY: $7–$8/hour depending on experience and skill level

The Opportunity
We are looking for a QC & Delivery Lead who will take ownership of our real estate media quality control and delivery process.
This role is not simply about checking boxes or following a checklist. We are looking for someone who can think critically, identify problems, improve processes, and make smart decisions independently.
The right person will become the person we trust to make sure every project is completed correctly, delivered on time, and meets the quality standards our clients expect.
Over time, this role will expand into broader operations responsibilities, including:
* Managing the complete delivery workflow from photographer upload to final client delivery
* Handling client revisions and communication
* Helping create and improve QC systems and SOPs
* Supporting agent orders and project coordination
* Eventually helping train and oversee future team members

Responsibilities
1 - Quality Control & Delivery
* Review and quality-check real estate photography before client delivery
* Ensure every project meets ARINS Media quality standards
* Perform edits and corrections using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
* Review video deliverables as assigned
* Upload finalized projects through Spiro and other platforms
* Manage AutoHDR workflows and review automated edits for accuracy
* Identify and correct quality issues before clients see them
* Handle revision requests and follow projects through completion
* Ensure all morning deliveries are completed by 9:00 AM PST
Process Improvement & Operations
* Help build and improve QC systems, checklists, and SOPs
* Maintain organized project records and files
* Support workflow improvements using
* Assist with agent orders, project coordination, and client communication as responsibilities grow
* Provide recommendations for improving speed, quality, and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
**Must Have:**
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
* Strong spoken and written English communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
* Comfortable learning new software and workflows
* Reliable availability during required working hours
* Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
* Experience managing files and workflows using Google Workspace or similar tools
**Strongly Preferred:**
* Previous real estate photo editing or media experience
* Experience with photo quality control processes
* Experience using AI tools in daily work
* Experience with platforms such as Spiro,
* Experience communicating directly with clients
* Experience improving processes or creating documentation
* Experience with Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
