JOB OVERVIEW

IT SUPPORT, AUTOMATION & WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Salary/Rate: $8.00-$10.00 per hour, depending on experience and technical expertise
Hours: Project-based initially, approximately 10-15 hours for initial setup, transitioning to 3-5 hours per week for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and updates.
About the Business
We are a growing group of businesses operating across care services, professional training, real estate and publishing. We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT Support, Automation & Website Development Specialist who can manage and improve our digital systems as the businesses grow.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience in website development, CRM systems, business automation and ongoing IT support.
Key Responsibilities
• Website Development & Management: Develop a new professional website for our books and author business.
• Maintain and regularly update our three existing websites: real estate, the Amberly umbrella/company website, and Amberly Care Courses.
• Update website pages, images, forms, links, products/services and other content; troubleshoot errors, broken links, performance issues and integrations.
• CRM Development: Design, build/configure and maintain a central CRM to manage enquiries, leads, clients, follow-ups, payments and workflows across our services.
• Business Automation: Connect and automate Calendly, Stripe, Google Workspace, Typeform and other platforms using Zapier, Make or similar tools.
• AI Systems: Configure, maintain and troubleshoot ChatGPT workspaces, custom GPTs and AI-supported workflows.
• IT Support: Provide ongoing support for software, email, logins, integrations, payment systems and general technology problems.
• Social Media Technology: Support the technical backend of LinkedIn and Instagram, including analytics, scheduling tools and integrations.
• Security: Maintain secure access to business systems, passwords and confidential information.
Essential Experience
• Proven website development and ongoing website maintenance experience.
• Experience building or configuring CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms.
• Experience integrating websites, forms, calendars, payment systems and email platforms.
• Good knowledge of AI tools, IT troubleshooting, website/account security and business applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to a non-technical business owner.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and provide reliable ongoing support.
