VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR HEALTHCARE LEAD GENERATION

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are hiring a reliable virtual assistant for a long-term, part-time lead generation position.

NPI Scout is a U.S. healthcare sales intelligence company that helps healthcare vendors identify new practices and provider movements in real time.

Your primary responsibility will be finding qualified U.S. healthcare companies and submitting an approved message through their website contact forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify companies that sell products or services to healthcare practices and providers
* Confirm that each company matches our targeting criteria
* Find the appropriate Contact Us form
* Submit our approved message using the information provided
* Record the company, website, contact form URL, and submission date in one Google Sheet
* Avoid duplicate companies and companies on our exclusion list
* Send one brief summary at the end of each week

This position does not involve cold calling, customer service, social media management, writing sales copy, or attending meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent written English
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions exactly
* Reliable computer and internet connection
* Comfortable researching companies and using Google Sheets
* Available for approximately two hours each weekday
* Interested in a stable, long-term position with opportunities for additional hours

COMPENSATION

* $6 USD per hour
* 10 hours per week to begin
* Paid weekly
* $10 bonus for every qualified meeting generated that is completed
* Opportunity to increase hours based on accurate and consistent performance
