JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to make outbound cold calls to homeowners. Your primary goal is to qualify motivated property owners and schedule listing or cash-offer appointments directly onto my calendar.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound dials using Mojo Sells.
Follow provided scripts to qualify sellers on Motivation, Timeline, Condition, and Price.
Schedule qualified seller appointments directly on Google Calendar.
Send immediate text/email notifications for high-motivation leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years experience in US Real Estate cold calling (Expiring/FSBO/Off-market).
Hands-on experience using Mojo Dialer.
Clear, fluent English with a strong voice and neutral accent.
Quiet workspace, reliable computer, high-speed internet, and noise-canceling headset.
