Job description
About DAASS
DAASS is a US-based online education company building and marketing high-quality professional academies.
We are rebuilding our marketing technology stack and moving from Kartra to Klaviyo. We are looking for someone who can help us implement Klaviyo properly from the ground up — not simply migrate contacts.
The role
You will own or help lead the implementation of Klaviyo across our business.
The work includes:
-Migrating contacts, customer history, consent, segments, and relevant historical purchase data from Kartra
-Designing a clean Klaviyo data structure for customer interests, lifecycle stages, purchases, cohorts, acquisition sources, and engagement
-Connecting Klaviyo with our broader stack, including Webflow, SureCart, Stripe, BuddyBoss, and WordPress/WP Fusion
-Making sure high-ticket purchases and payment plans are represented correctly
-Setting up deliverability infrastructure, suppression rules, warming, and monitoring
-Building core segments, flows, and reporting
-Testing integrations carefully and documenting the finished system
-Identifying risks or bad architecture before they become operational problems
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond:
“How do I make this integration work?”
and asks:
“What should the system of record be, what data should flow where, and how do we make this reliable long-term?”
We are looking for someone who:
-Has strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo
-Understands profiles, custom properties, events/metrics, segments, flows, consent, suppression, and deliverability
-Understands ecommerce/customer data architecture, not only
-Can work with APIs, webhooks, WordPress integrations, or tools such as WP Fusion
-Is comfortable troubleshooting integrations and validating data
-Has excellent attention to detail
-Can explain technical decisions clearly to nontechnical people
-Thinks independently and flags problems rather than blindly executing instructions
-Experience with SureCart, Stripe, BuddyBoss, Webflow, Kartra, or high-ticket education businesses is a strong plus.
What matters most:
We care less about how many years you have worked in Klaviyo and more about whether you can look at a complicated business problem, understand how the pieces should fit together, and build something clean and dependable.
