About Quickpage
Quickpage is a U.S.-based SaaS company that helps sales teams use personalized video and digital sales experiences to connect with customers, build trust, improve appointment show rates, and close more business.
We work with sales organizations across industries including home improvement, automotive, RV, and other appointment-driven businesses.
We believe AI is going to create major opportunities both inside our company and within our product.
The challenge is that we don't want to simply automate what we already know.
We want someone who can help us discover what we don't know is possible yet.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Systems Specialist who can study how Quickpage operates, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and help us build better systems.
This is not a role where we will hand you a list of automations and ask you to build them.
We want someone who will look at our processes and say:
"Why are you doing it this way?"
"AI could handle this."
"These systems should be connected."
"Here's something you could build that you may not have considered."
You should enjoy learning how a business works, finding inefficiencies, experimenting with new AI technology, and turning ideas into working solutions.
Your Two Main Areas of Focus
Improve How Quickpage Operates Internally
You will work with our leadership, sales, customer success, marketing, support, and development teams to identify repetitive or inefficient processes.
Examples could include:
• Automating prospect and company research before sales calls
• Using AI to prepare sales reps for upcoming demos
• Analyzing sales calls and identifying objections, patterns, and opportunities
• Automatically creating tasks and follow-ups from meetings
• Identifying CRM opportunities that are becoming stale
• Monitoring customer adoption and account health
• Finding customer wins and potential case studies automatically
• Turning meetings and customer conversations into marketing content
• Building AI-assisted SOPs and internal knowledge systems
• Improving customer onboarding processes
• Connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and automations
• Building AI agents that complete repetitive tasks for our team
We want you to constantly look for opportunities to save time, improve decision-making, and make our team more effective.
Identify AI Opportunities Inside the Quickpage Product
We also want you to study the Quickpage application itself and work with our leadership and development team to identify ways AI could make our product significantly better.
Possible ideas could include:
• AI-generated customer messaging
• Automatically creating personalized Quickpages from CRM information
• AI-generated FAQs based on the customer's project
• AI-assisted video scripts for salespeople
• Intelligent content and template recommendations
• Customer engagement and buying-intent scoring
• AI-powered follow-up recommendations
• Automatically summarizing customer activity for sales reps
• AI chat agents that answer customer questions using approved company information
• Personalized content based on customer type, industry, project, or sales stage
• Analyzing successful Quickpages to identify what top-performing salespeople do differently
• AI coaching for salesperson videos, messaging, calls to action, and content
These are only examples.
One of the main reasons we are hiring this position is because we want you to bring us ideas we haven't thought of yet.
What We're Looking For
You should have hands-on experience with several of the following:
• AI agents and AI workflows
• OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs
• Claude and other major AI models
• n8n
• Make
• Zapier
• APIs and webhooks
• CRM automation
• AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Connecting multiple software platforms together
• Prompt design and structured AI workflows
• Building internal tools or AI-powered applications
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer.
However, you should be technical enough to understand systems, APIs, automation, and how AI tools can be connected to solve real business problems.
More Important Than the Tools
We care a lot about how you think.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Extremely curious
• Proactive
• Resourceful
• Comfortable experimenting
• Able to work independently
• Business-minded, not just technical
• Constantly learning about new AI capabilities
• Willing to challenge existing processes
• Able to explain complicated ideas simply
• Capable of taking an idea from concept to working prototype
If your preferred working style is waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to build, this probably isn't the right position.
If you naturally look at systems and think "there has to be a better way to do this," we would like to talk with you.
Compensation
$8–$12 USD/hour depending on experience and capability
We expect to start at approximately 20 hours per week.
For the right person, there is an opportunity for increased hours, responsibility, compensation, and a long-term role with Quickpage.
We are more interested in finding the right person than hiring the cheapest person.
How to Apply
Record a short video introducing yourself and explaining why you think you'd be a good fit for this role and complete the application form found on the Quickpage here:
WHEN YOU ARE DONE, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS JOB POST SAYING THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION
Most Important Part of the Application
Spend some time researching Quickpage and what our product does.
We want to understand how you think.
Generic AI-generated applications that do not demonstrate original thinking will not be considered.
Why This Role Is Different
AI is changing extremely quickly.
We don't believe we currently know all the ways it could improve Quickpage.
That is exactly why this position exists.
We are looking for someone who can help us experiment, build, learn, and continuously find better ways to use AI throughout our company and product.
