JOB OVERVIEW

***Project manager/EA experience for digital marketing/agency space (or similar) is highly preferred.

The role:
Project manager/Executive Assistant needed for a marketing company.

What you'll do:
Manage projects and ensure completion, helping the business run smoothly
Onboard new projects
Onboard clients
Create quotes
Send out invoices
Set appointments
Take clients through workflows using Canva and Flexclip
Other admin tasks as needed
Help CEO stay organized and be their right-hand person

-Dubsado experience a plus
-Clickup experience a plus
-Basic web development knowledge (at least to understand it, not to do it)
-Digital marketing experience preferred
-Must be comfortable speaking with clients via phone/video

Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-35 hours/week
-Mon-Fri U.S. time
-Around 9am-4pm Central (10pm-5am Philippines time)
-Opportunities for more hours based on performance
