This job is going to be very intense a lot of work.

Virtual Assistant & DM Setter — Instagram (234k+ Followers)
Pay: £10/hour starting rate Location: Remote Hours: Full-on. This isn't a clock-in-clock-out gig. Reports to: Me, directly. Every single day. Trial period 3 weeks. First pay review after 2 months.

The Role
You'll be the person behind the DMs for my online business and Instagram account (234k+ followers and growing). You'll start as a DM setter — qualifying leads, holding conversations, booking calls, and generally being the friendly, sharp voice on the other end of a message.

From there, if you prove yourself, the role grows:

Editing and scheduling posts
Content support
Potentially running the social media account
Deeper involvement in the business side

Basically, the ceiling on this role is as high as you're willing to push it.

I'll be personally teaching you as we go, sales, business, social media content, the psychology of online audiences, all of it. If you actually apply what you learn, you'll walk out of this role (whenever that day comes) with skills most people pay thousands to learn. That's the deal.

Who I'm Looking For
Young, hungry, and coachable — I don't want polished. I want someone raw who's ready to learn fast.
English — written and spoken. You'll be in conversations all day.
Female applicants preferred for this role.
Tech-savvy — comfortable with Instagram, Google Docs, Loom, Notion, and picking up new tools on the fly.
Basic sales knowledge — or at minimum, a genuine interest in learning sales and business.
Intuitive — you can read between the lines of a message and respond like a human, not a robot.
Reliable and communicative — daily contact with me is a must, and I expect end-of-day (EOD) reports every single working day. Non-negotiable.
Thick-skinned — I'll give you direct feedback. If that stresses you out, this won't work.

What This Job Is NOT
A 9-to-5.
Passive income.
A "learn as you scroll TikTok" situation.

For someone who needs constant hand-holding after the initial training period.

What I Expect
You're online and responsive during agreed hours (and honestly, sometimes outside them).
You bring energy and personality to every DM.
You take ownership. If something's broken, you flag it. If something could be better, you suggest it.
You send an EOD report every day without me having to ask.
