About the Role
Sky & Sol is looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Creative Strategist to develop ideas that help brands grow.
You’ll turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into compelling ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative briefs.
What You’ll Do
Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and ad ideas
Research customers, competitors, trends, and winning creatives
Identify customer pain points, desires, and buying motivations
Write creative briefs and directions for designers, editors, and copywriters
Analyze creative performance and develop new concepts based on what works
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to continuously improve results
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in creative strategy, marketing, advertising, or copywriting
✅ Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
✅ Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
✅ Strong understanding of customer psychology
✅ Creative thinker who can generate multiple concepts and angles
✅ Data-driven, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Experience with Meta/TikTok ads, e-commerce/DTC brands, ad scripting, or creative performance analysis.
