ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a versatile Content and Systems Assistant who is comfortable working in WordPress, building out learning content in an LMS, and using AI tools to help create video and written content. This role touches website content, email newsletters, live chat setup, and learning management, so we need someone comfortable moving between a few different tools.

SCHEDULE

Flexible hours, Pacific Time (PST)

RESPONSIBILITIES

WordPress & Newsletter Content
Build and update WordPress pages
Take existing content and convert/repurpose it into monthly newsletter emails
Send monthly newsletter emails on schedule
Website Live Chat
Help set up and manage a live chat bot on the website
LMS & Learning Content
Import quizzes and question data from CSV files into our LMS
Build out learner content and drop it into the LMS for QR code access
Help generate learning videos using AI tools (we use Higgsfield AI)
We already have the source text/scripts; you'll help build the videos and get them properly placed in the LMS
AI Tool Fluency
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (video generation, writing assistance, etc.)
We want to know your real, hands-on experience with AI tools, not just familiarity
