JOB OVERVIEW

Cascade Web Solutions is a US-based local SEO agency serving home service businesses (HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing). We publish long-form educational YouTube videos, typically 15 to 20 minutes, some much longer, aimed at business owners.

We are looking for a motion graphics animator to add animations and motion graphics to our videos. This is NOT a video editing role. Every video you receive will already be cut, sequenced, and ready. Your job is to layer motion graphics and animations on top of that finished edit.

What you will do

Animate on-screen text, callouts, lower thirds, and key stats
Build animated explainers for concepts like map rankings, review counts, service areas, and search results
Animate transitions into and out of slide sections
Follow our brand guide: Poppins font, navy and blue color palette, clean white-space-forward look, simple line icons, no emoji
Deliver a finished video file plus project files for each project

What you will NOT do

Cutting, trimming, or sequencing footage
Color correction or audio work
Scriptwriting or thumbnail design

Requirements

Proven experience adding motion graphics and animation to long-form YouTube videos
Strong skills in After Effects (or equivalent) and comfortable importing edited timelines from Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Ability to keep a consistent visual style across a series of videos
Reliable turnaround and clear communication in English
Can work project to project with more work available for the right person
