This role is permanent, subject to Philippine Labor Law’s Probation and Regularization standards.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Virtual Assistant with experience supporting clients in travel planning, booking, and coordination. If you are highly organized, excel at managing schedules and logistics, and enjoy delivering exceptional client experiences, this role offers the opportunity to work with international clients, grow your skills, and maintain a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities



Email management

Calendar management

Making phone calls to track down information or set up appointments.

Document creation. Writing first drafts of correspondence or concept documents

Update to website or social media accounts

Updating/managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Develop and maintain relationships with Client/s to ensure a positive experience.

Participate in company events and meetings.

Other duties as deemed appropriate and requested by client/s or management.

Qualifications


2+ years of hands-on experience as a Travel Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in travel coordination, preferably in the BPO industry.

Experience managing schedules, handling bookings, and processing travel-related concerns for clients.

Ability to manage multiple tasks or customer tickets efficiently and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with CRMs or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) and willingness to learn travel-specific platforms such as Axus or Travefy.

Experience with scheduling tools and email management systems to stay organized.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a remote work setup.

Bonus: Experience with travel platforms such as Expedia, ---------- , or TripIt.
