JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and Experienced Remote Calendar Management Specialist to manage and coordinate calendars for our CEO and executive leadership team.

The primary focus of this role is calendar management, scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
**Manage and maintain executive calendars.
**Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
**Coordinate customer, investor, staff, board, and candidate interviews.
**Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure calendars are organized and up to date.
**Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling requests.
**Send meeting invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
**Coordinate appointments and events.
**Book hotel accommodations when needed.
**Assist with basic administrative and expense-related tasks.
**Provide general executive support as needed.

Qualifications

**Previous experience in calendar management, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant roles.
**Excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
**Ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities independently.
**Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and similar tools.
**Highly reliable, proactive, and responsive.
