JOB OVERVIEW

About Hakkawise:

Hakkawise is a multi-brand consumer goods group. We acquire and grow a portfolio of consumer brands that sell across Amazon (UK & US), our own D2C stores, and B2B wholesale. Amazon is a core channel for u and paid advertising is how we win visibility, drive rank, and grow profitably. This role owns the performance and profitability of our Amazon ad spend across the portfolio.

The Role:

We're looking for an analytical, results-driven Amazon PPC Ads Associate to manage and optimise our Sponsored Ads campaigns across multiple brands and marketplaces. You'll own keyword strategy, bids, and budgets balancing growth against profitability and turn advertising data into clear decisions and reporting. This is a hands-on role with direct, measurable impact on sales, rank, and margin.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns: Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display across brands and marketplaces (UK & US), from build to ongoing optimisation.
• Own keyword and targeting strategy: researching and refining keywords and ASIN targeting using Search Query Performance, Top Search Terms, and other data.
• Optimise bids and budgets: managing spend to hit ACoS / TACoS / ROAS targets while protecting rank and share of voice.
• Support new product launches: building launch ad strategies that drive early velocity and organic rank.
• Report on performance: tracking spend, sales, ACoS/TACoS, and organic share, and surfacing clear insights and recommendations.
• Manage advertising data and tooling: keeping campaign data accurate and building trackers that make performance visible to the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads campaigns (Seller Central), ideally across multiple products or brands.
• Strong grasp of Amazon ad metrics and economics — ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, and conversion — and how they trade off.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets fluency (formulas, pivot tables) to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Solid keyword research skills and understanding of how paid and organic rank interact.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort managing spend responsibly against clear targets.
• Proactive and self-directed; you spot and act on opportunities and problems early.

Nice to Have:

• Experience across multiple brands, marketplaces (UK & US), or consumer goods categories.
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Helium 10, sellerboard, Amazon Marketing Stream).
• Understanding of the wider Amazon growth picture — listings, content, and reviews — and how they affect ad performance.
• Experience supporting product launches on Amazon.

Why Join:

You'll own a meaningful advertising budget across a growing portfolio of brands, see your work move rank, revenue, and margin directly, and have the freedom to build and optimise our Amazon ads engine in a fast-moving, multi-brand business.
