JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing construction business seeking a specialist to handle our day-to-day paperwork. We need someone who can work independently, identify what needs to be done, and handle it without micromanagement.

To be considered for this role, your application must explicitly specify:

What We Are Looking For: Experience: 3–4+ years in construction administration.Software: Expert-level experience with Build Exact is mandatory. You should know the platform well enough to help us improve how we use it.

Your Key Responsibilities
Build Exact Management: Run the software, enter project data, and streamline our workflows.
Financial Admin: Prepare quotes, track purchase orders, log project variations, and handle invoicing.
Project Support: Organize project records, coordinate with our suppliers and subcontractors, and assist our project managers.
Take Initiative: Spot missing or incomplete admin tasks and finish them without waiting for instructions.

Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves: 3–4+ years of construction admin experience.
Deep knowledge of Build Exact (not just occasional use).
Strong English skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with Australian construction companies.
Experience managing paperwork for multiple projects at the same time.
