JOB OVERVIEW

If you’re a talented copywriter who specialises in writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy for websites and landing pages, while also helping our clients get found in search and LLMs, and you’re looking for a secure, long-term full-time position, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll work from the comfort of your own home, writing conversion-focused website copy for clients across a wide variety of industries.

We are ---------- , an Australian-based branding and website agency that has designed over 2,000 websites.

Our main focus is writing copy that connects with the target audience and converts visitors into leads and customers. We also want our copy to be optimised for search and structured so our clients and their expertise can be discovered and cited by LLMs.

You do not need to be an SEO or AI search expert. Conversion copywriting comes first. We’ve created our own Claude Skills to help with SEO, content optimisation, AEO, and GEO, so you’ll have AI-powered tools and frameworks to guide you through that part of the process.

By joining our team, you’ll get to:
- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for websites and landing pages.
- Research our clients, their ideal customers, competitors, positioning, and offers.
- Apply proven frameworks such as PIASA, SPIN Selling, Building a StoryBrand, and Robert Cialdini’s principles of persuasion.
- Write copy with SEO, search intent, and AI visibility in mind.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve your research and writing process, without producing generic AI-sounding copy.
- Work with a friendly Filipino team led by a supportive Australian management team.
- Work with a wide variety of international clients and industries.
- Have a steady income paid weekly in PHP directly into your bank account via Wise.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience writing conversion-focused website and landing page copy.
- Excellent research skills and a strong understanding of customer psychology.
- The ability to write clear, concise, persuasive copy that gets attention, communicates value, and encourages action.
- Experience with proven copywriting frameworks and persuasion principles.
- A good understanding of SEO, search intent, and content optimisation.
- An understanding of, or strong interest in, AI visibility, AEO, and GEO, including how content can be discovered and cited by LLMs.
- Experience using AI tools as part of your research and copywriting workflow.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with our team, and respond well to constructive feedback.

You will need to:
- Be self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
- Work at a reasonably fast pace while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Work full-time on weekdays within standard business hours.
- Be available for Zoom calls with our team and occasional client calls.
- Have a fast and reliable computer and internet connection.
- Be looking for a long-term position and ideally aim to work with us for at least two years.
- Be ethical, dependable, a team player, and a good communicator.
