MindFriend is looking for an experienced, creative, and AI-native marketer to help shape our brand, grow our audience, and manage our social presence.
You’ll lead brand and marketing initiatives across social media, content, campaigns, and community growth. We’re looking for someone who understands today’s fast-changing digital landscape and can turn ideas into measurable results.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute MindFriend’s brand and growth strategy
- Manage our social media channels and content calendar
- Create engaging campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and users
- Stay ahead of emerging marketing, social media, and cultural trends
- Test new channels, formats, and growth opportunities
- Track performance and use insights to improve results
- Collaborate with founders, creatives, and external partners
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, design, analytics, and campaign execution
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, social media, or growth
- A strong track record of building brands and growing online audiences
- Excellent understanding of current social platforms, content formats, and consumer trends
- Expertise with modern AI tools for marketing, content, design, automation, and analysis
- Strong creative judgment, writing skills, and visual awareness
- A practical, hands-on attitude you can develop the strategy and execute it
- Confidence using data to make decisions and optimize campaigns
- Interest in mental wellness and MindFriend’s mission
