JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We're Olifant Digital, a performance marketing agency working with 7–9 figure e-commerce brands across Amazon, Meta, Google, and DTC. We're also building several of our own consumer brands in the wellness, supplement, and personal care space.

We're hiring a Creator Sourcing Specialist to build and manage a steady pipeline of UGC creators, influencers, and content partners we can work with — both for our clients' ad creative needs and for our in-house brand launches.

What you'll do:

Source UGC creators, micro-influencers, and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and creator marketplaces (Euka, Upwork, Tiktok etc)
Build and maintain a vetted database of creators organized by niche (wellness, beauty, home, pets, supplements, etc.), price point, content style, and performance history
Run outbound outreach via DM, email, and creator platforms — write personalized pitches that convert
Negotiate rates, usage rights, and deliverables (UGC ads, whitelisting, organic posts, reviews)
Coordinate briefs, contracts, product shipments, and content delivery timelines
Track creator performance and flag top performers for repeat collaborations
Stay on top of trends in creator content — hooks, formats, what's working for DTC and Amazon brands

You're a fit if you have:

2+ years sourcing creators or influencers for DTC, e-commerce, or agency work
Strong written English — you'll be pitching US-based creators daily
Experience with creator platforms (Insense, Billo, Aspire, GRIN, Upfluence, or similar)
A sharp eye for content quality and creator-brand fit
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing 50+ creators in parallel
Familiarity with UGC ad formats and what makes a high-performing Meta/TikTok ad
