JOB OVERVIEW

EVOLVE Digital is a performance marketing and e-commerce agency based in Germany, working with a fully remote, international team. Native Ads is a dedicated growth channel for us — not a leftover-budget channel. The bottleneck isn't the account, it's creative supply. That's exactly what you'll solve.

What you'll do
Develop angles based on audience research, buying motives, psychological triggers, and competitor analysis on Taboola and Outbrain
Concept AND produce image creatives yourself — in variants and at high speed (this is not a briefing-only role)
Use AI image tools deliberately to generate motifs, variants, and crops fast
Plan creative tests along clear variables (image motif, crop, headline, hook) and evaluate them together with media buying
Think through the full path from the ad through advertorial and pre-lander to the offer page
Spot winners and roll them out across other accounts
Maintain the creative database and documentation (ClickUp, Miro) so results are traceable

What you bring
A portfolio of image creatives you conceived AND built yourself for paid e-commerce campaigns — concept and execution in one person, not a pure briefing role
Confident use of creative metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS) as the basis for decisions, not taste
Active, concrete use of AI tools in your own image production
Taboola and Outbrain experience is a plus — alternatively, strong direct-response craft from Meta or Google with a willingness to learn native
Understanding of direct-response and funnel logic (advertorial, pre-lander, offer page)
E-commerce/D2C background, not purely B2B or lead-gen
Structured, self-directed way of working remotely and part-time, without outside oversight

Those who help build the channel take on more accounts, more budget responsibility, and technical oversight of creative suppliers over time
