This unique Executive Assistant role sits close to leadership and empowers you to own two critical areas simultaneously: the leader's capacity and the donor-facing story of our organization.
You'll expertly manage their calendar, protect their inbox, coordinate essential travel arrangements, and meticulously ensure that every action item from meetings is followed through.

Requirements
At least 2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, communications, donor relations, or a related field.
Strong written English with a demonstrated ability to write warm, persuasive, donor-facing content.
Experience with a donor or contact CRM (e.g., a giving platform, Salesforce, or similar); comfortable maintaining clean, structured data.
Experience managing an executive's calendar, inbox, and travel is a strong advantage.
Prior exposure to nonprofit, ministry, mission, or donor-funded organizational settings is highly preferred.
Comfortable working across time zones and adapting hours to align with the leader's schedule when needed.
