JOB OVERVIEW

AMOR Cladding is a fast-growing, dynamic timber cladding supplier based in South Petherton, Somerset, and part of the Hewins Group. We operate an asset-light model, delivering product through outsourced manufacturing partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers rather than owning our own production or fleet. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Operations Manager, who oversees those relationships day to day.

This is a fully remote, offshore role based in the Philippines. You'll be the Operations / Commercial Director right hand on the operational side of the business — coordinating with manufacturers and 3PL partners, tracking production and shipment schedules, researching supply chain options, and helping build out proper process workflows — alongside owning our purchase ledger.

What you'll be doing
• Managing the Operations Manager's diary and inbox across time zones.
• Coordinating day-to-day communication with outsourced manufacturers and 3PL partners, chasing updates and flagging delays early.
• Tracking production and shipment schedules across multiple suppliers.
• Researching supply chain options — alternative manufacturers, 3PL providers, materials or routes.
• Helping develop and document process workflows so procedures are repeatable and easy to hand over.
• Maintaining our purchase ledger and keeping records accurate on Odoo, our ERP system.

What we're looking for
• Experience as an EA, PA or senior administrator supporting a manager in operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with purchase ledger, bookkeeping or accounts administration.
• Excellent organisation — comfortable tracking multiple live suppliers and shipments alongside a live ledger.
• A confident, professional communicator, happy corresponding directly with manufacturing and 3PL partners.
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential supplier and financial information.
• Reliable availability to overlap with UK business hours.
• ERP experience is a bonus (Odoo especially) — but not essential; we'll train the right person.
