JOB OVERVIEW

AroFlo to ServiceM8 Data Migration
We are an electrical contracting business moving our job management software from AroFlo to ServiceM8.
We are looking for someone experienced with AroFlo and/or ServiceM8 to migrate our existing job history.
We need:
All past/completed jobs transferred from AroFlo to ServiceM8
All outstanding/open jobs
All outstanding quotes
Customer/contact details associated with these jobs
Full job history and notes
All photos, videos and attachments associated with each job
Quotes/documents associated with each job
The main priority is that when we open a historical job in ServiceM8, we can still access the relevant job information, notes, photos, videos, attachments and documents from the original AroFlo job.
We do not need every AroFlo setting, workflow or configuration migrated.
We are looking for someone with experience in AroFlo, ServiceM8, data migrations, APIs and/or CRM/job management system migrations.
Please let us know your relevant experience, how you would perform the migration, approximate timeframe and cost.
Access to both systems can be provided to the successful person.
