JOB OVERVIEW

I am starting a new business: A car rental business. I would need a sharp, phone-comfortable EA to be the front line of the business.

What you'll do:

Answer and make calls — qualify leads, book rentals, handle client questions
Respond to DMs and comments on our IG/FB ads, move people to booked
Collect payments — deposits, run cards, invoices, payment links, chase late/failed payments
Run clients through verification and booking (license, insurance, deposit, contract)
Coordinate with mechanics and vendors on maintenance, repairs, and turnaround
Post simple content — short clips, car photos, story updates
Help build out new SOPs as we grow

Must have:

Excellent spoken English, confident on the phone with strangers
Experience in car rental, dealership, fleet, or similar service industry
Comfortable handling payments and collections without flinching
Sales instincts — can qualify someone in 2 minutes, doesn't waste time on tire-kickers
Organized, proactive, doesn't need to be chased

Nice to have:

GoHighLevel or any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Basic GHL automation/workflow building
Stripe, Square, or similar payment processor experience
Comfortable posting short-form video on your phone

Details:

Hours: part time (4 hrs/day) starting, full time after 1–2 months
Timezone: EST overlap required
Pay: 5USD
