JOB OVERVIEW

Everluxe Property Care is seeking an experienced Full-Time Sales VA / Appointment Setter to join our growing residential cleaning, commercial cleaning and facilities management business.

Start Date: Monday
Interviews: Friday and Saturday
Salary: $400 AUD per month + performance commission
Payment: Fortnightly
Working Hours: Full-time, Sydney, Australia business hours
Position: Remote, long-term opportunity

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting and converting enquiries into opportunities across both residential and commercial markets.

Previous experience working with Australian clients is highly preferred. Experience within residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, facilities management, construction, real estate, property services or related industries will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve both residential and commercial sales, including:

Calling new and existing residential leads
Following up residential cleaning enquiries and quotations
Converting enquiries into confirmed cleaning bookings
Outbound B2B cold calling and prospecting
Booking qualified commercial sales appointments
Commercial cleaning contract prospecting
Facilities management prospecting
Builders and post-construction cleaning
Real estate and property management relationships
Offices, gyms, childcare, healthcare and other commercial facilities
Following up previous clients, quotations and warm leads
Maintaining accurate lead and sales records
Working towards daily call, booking and appointment KPIs

Candidate Requirements

You must have excellent spoken English and be confident, engaging, energetic, professional and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.

You must also be:

Experienced in cold calling and appointment setting
Experienced in sales and lead conversion
Confident speaking with both residential customers and business decision-makers
Strong at objection handling and closing
Comfortable getting past gatekeepers
Highly organised and disciplined
Able to strictly adhere to your working schedule and KPIs
Coachable and willing to improve
Reliable and looking for a long-term position
Available to work full-time during Sydney, Australia business hours
