We’re a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a reliable graphic designer to support ad creative for Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

This role is execution-focused, not conceptual branding work.

What you’ll do:

Create static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads
Resize and adapt creatives across formats
Follow clear briefs, examples, and brand guidelines
Make fast revisions based on feedback

What you should already know

Canva experience
Strong skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience designing performance-driven ad creatives

Understanding of:

Copywriting
Graphic Design
Ad Headlines
Ad Calls-To-Action
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Comfortable taking direction and iterating

Nice to have (not required):

Experience with U.S.-based clients
Familiarity with ads for car dealerships
Basic understanding of what makes ads convert (not just “look nice”)

Not UX/UI or web design
Not long creative strategy meetings
