Veteran-owned, multi-state pest control company (Florida, Georgia, Alabama) is hiring a full-time AI Automation Engineer to build the agents and integrations that run our operations.
You will work directly with the CEO and our in-house AI engineer on a 13-silo automation roadmap covering scheduling/dispatch, lead management, AR/collections, KPI reporting, and fleet — across FieldRoutes, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace. Your work goes live and gets used by real teams within weeks, not quarters.
What you will do:
• Design and ship AI agents and workflow automations using LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), webhooks, and REST integrations
• Connect FieldRoutes, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace into reliable end-to-end systems
• Own your builds: error handling, monitoring, documentation, iteration
Who you are:
• 3+ years in software or automation with strong Python or Node.js
• Proven API integration experience; n8n, Make, or custom-coded pipelines
• A problem-solver who diagnoses, tests, and fixes before asking for help
• Clear written English; available 4+ hours overlap with US Eastern
Why this role:
• Direct hire — no agency, no middleman taking a cut
• Competitive USD pay, on time, every time
• Long-term role with real ownership and expanding scope
• Latest AI tooling, real budget, and leadership that moves fast
To apply: Start your application with the word “AGENT” and describe in 3–5 sentences the most complex automation you have built, what broke, and how you fixed it. Applications without this will not be reviewed. DISC assessment is required prior to interviews.
