We are looking for an
What You'll Do
Plan, build, and execute
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM records across client and coalition contact lists, keeping data accurate, current, and properly segmented by client, issue, and audience
Own ongoing outreach programs from planning through execution, tracking, and follow-up, coordinating with account leads on timing and messaging
Build and maintain distinct lists, segments, and tags for each client or coalition to ensure the right message reaches the right audience, including multicultural and LGBTQ+ community-specific segments
Monitor and report on
Maintain data hygiene across HubSpot and Mailchimp: deduplicating records, correcting formatting, merging duplicate client lists, and archiving stale contacts
Manage data sync and integrations between HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other tools used across accounts
Ensure compliance with
Partner with account leads and consultants to align outreach with each client's broader advocacy, public affairs, or communications strategy
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimize engagement across diverse audiences
Maintain documentation for
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Mailchimp (or comparable platforms)
Comfort managing multiple accounts, lists, and campaigns simultaneously without losing organization
Strong understanding of
Detail-oriented, with the judgment to handle sensitive or politically nuanced contact data appropriately
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, compliance rules specific to nonprofit, government, and political
Excellent written communication skills and comfort adapting tone across clients and audiences
Genuine interest in advocacy, public affairs, or community-focused work
Nice to Have
Experience supporting political campaigns, advocacy coalitions, or nonprofit membership programs
Familiarity with multicultural and LGBTQ+ community engagement or outreach strategy
Basic HTML/CSS skills for
Experience with reporting dashboards (HubSpot reporting, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio)
