JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, organized Social Media Account Manager to run the day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who understands content workflows, communicates clearly, and follows through without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Coordinate with creators, editors, and internal team members
- Write clear captions and keep brand voice consistent
- Monitor comments, messages, account health, and basic performance metrics
- Prepare simple weekly reports and recommend practical improvements
- Keep files, approvals, and deadlines organized

Requirements:
- Previous social media management or account management experience
- Strong written English and professional communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and collaboration tools
- Stable internet connection and a dependable computer
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively
