JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Social Media Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help a busy real estate agent primarily with social media and marketing, along with some general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Create and schedule Instagram & Facebook posts
* Create Reels/short-form videos from provided footage
* Design posts, stories, and graphics in Canva
* Write captions and help brainstorm content ideas
* Create listing, sold, open house, and testimonial posts
* Organize photos, videos, and marketing materials
* Assist with CRM updates, email marketing, research, and basic admin tasks

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has social media management experience
* Is experienced with Canva and short-form video editing
* Has strong written English
* Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently
* Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
