The Role
We're looking for an Influencer Outreach & Gifting Coordinator to run our influencer seeding, finding creators, reaching out at volume, and getting our product into the right hands. This is a high-output role with a clear target: your job is to build the list, get the yeses, and keep the pipeline moving.

You'll start with one brand, with the opportunity to run gifting across our other brands as the function grows, we're building gifting into a proper department, so there's real room to grow here.

If you're organised, persistent, and comfortable with outreach at scale, this is a role where your results are visible and easy to measure.

What You'll Do
- Research and identify creators and influencers who fit our brands
- Run outreach at volume via DM and email to secure gifting placements
- Build and maintain an accurate database of creator contacts, addresses, and status
- Follow up consistently to convert interest into confirmed sendouts
- Coordinate with our warehouse team on sendouts and delivery
- Track content that goes live and report on results
- Hit weekly and campaign gifting targets

What We're Looking For
- Experience in influencer outreach, gifting, seeding, PR, or similar volume outreach work
- Highly organised: you can manage a large contact database without losing track
- Persistent and comfortable with follow-up; you don't drop off after one message
- Excellent written English with a natural, personable tone in DMs
- Strong attention to detail, especially with addresses and contact data
- Comfortable working to weekly targets
- Available during Australian business hours (or significant overlap)
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok creator landscapes a strong plus
