JOB OVERVIEW

DIRECT HIRE / ASAP!! I am looking for a hungry, proactive Virtual Assistant with real Airbnb/Vrbo experience to drive our revenue. If you just wait for inquiries to come in, this role is not for you. We need a closer who has proven experience actively hunting for leads, generating direct bookings, and aggressively filling our long-term rooms.

What You Will Do
-Outbound Lead Generation: Actively pitch local businesses, hospitals, insurance companies, and relocation agencies to secure mid-term and corporate housing contracts.
-Social Media Prospecting: Hunt for and engage with potential tenants daily on Facebook Marketplace, local housing groups, and community forums.
-Convert Inquiries into Sales: Respond instantly to leads, handle objections, and follow up relentlessly to secure the booking or lease.
-Optimize for Conversions: Treat our Airbnb/Vrbo listings like sales pages by testing and improving titles, photos, and descriptions to boost booking rates.
-Manage the Tech Stack: Seamlessly navigate Hospitable for guest communication and PriceLabs to ensure rates are optimized.

What We Need From You
-Proven Outbound Sales Experience: You must have a track record of generating your own leads and driving sales, not just answering messages from inbound guests.
-Real Rental Mastery: Deep comfort with listing optimization, multi-platform calendars, guest screening, and revenue management.
-A Closer's Mindset: You bring your own growth ideas to the table and don't wait to be told how to find new business.

Bonus Skills: Experience with social media outreach, Meta/Google Ads, Canva, or specific knowledge of the Vancouver rental market.
