JOB OVERVIEW

URGENT – CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead/Supervisor.

REQUIRED
* 4+ years of Customer Service experience
* 1+ year of actual Team Lead or Supervisor experience – REQUIRED
* Experience coaching/supporting a customer service team
* Strong phone, email, and problem-solving skills
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Good knowledge of Word and Excel
* Reliable internet and backup power
* Comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Chat

Customer service experience without Team Lead/Supervisor experience does NOT qualify.

SCHEDULE & PAY
- 15–20 hours/week
- Potential for 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, between 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time
- Occasional weekends may be required
- $3.00/hour
