JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Visual Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for mobile applications and websites. You will also create App Store and Google Play promotional screenshots, illustrations, marketing graphics, and other visual assets.

Responsibilities

1. Design high-quality user interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
2. Design responsive interfaces for websites and web-based products.
3. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
4. Design promotional screenshots and preview images for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
5. Present an app’s main features and selling points through clear and visually attractive app store creatives.
6. Adapt app store screenshots for different devices, screen sizes, languages, and platform requirements.
7. Create app icons, illustrations, banners, backgrounds, onboarding graphics, landing page visuals, and other marketing materials.
8. Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, and visual guidelines.
9. Use AI image generation tools to create concepts, illustrations, backgrounds, reference images, and promotional materials.
10. Collaborate remotely with product managers, developers, and other team members.
11. Prepare organized Figma files and provide clear design specifications for developers.
12. Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure the final product matches the original design.
13. Maintain visual consistency across different products, platforms, and screen sizes.
14. Research current UI/UX and visual design trends and propose new creative ideas.
15. Participate in online meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements
1. Proven experience designing mobile applications and websites.
2. Strong experience designing App Store and Google Play screenshots, preview images, and promotional creatives.
3. Ability to communicate an app’s key features and benefits through effective visual storytelling.
4. Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
6. Experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, DALL·E, or similar tools.
7. Good illustration skills and the ability to create, modify, and refine original visual assets.
8. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
9. Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.
10. Familiarity with App Store and Google Play screenshot specifications.
11. Ability to balance creativity, usability, marketing goals, and product requirements.
12. Strong attention to detail and good file-management habits.
13. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
14. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with an international remote team.
15. Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours.
16. A portfolio demonstrating mobile app UI, website UI, app store screenshots, illustrations, and visual design work is required.
