JOB OVERVIEW

Kranay Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Resume Writer to support our growing Success Letter Studio. This role will help students, recent graduates, and professionals create polished, professional résumés that clearly communicate their education, experience, skills, and accomplishments.

The ideal candidate understands how to transform a client's background into a strong, easy-to-read résumé while maintaining the client's authentic voice.

Responsibilities

* Write and revise professional résumés for Kranay Academy clients
* Review client-provided résumés, work histories, education, and career information
* Create strong accomplishment-focused bullet points
* Tailor résumés toward specific industries, positions, internships, or career goals
* Improve résumé structure, grammar, readability, and professionalism
* Incorporate relevant keywords and ATS-friendly formatting
* Complete revisions based on client feedback
* Maintain confidentiality of all client information
* Meet assigned turnaround times and weekly deadlines
* Communicate with the Kranay Academy team regarding assignments and completed projects

Qualifications

Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required. Candidates should have experience with résumé writing, career documents, professional writing, recruiting, HR, or a related field. Experience writing for college students, recent graduates, healthcare professionals, or early-career professionals is a plus.

Candidates should also be comfortable researching unfamiliar career fields when necessary and following Kranay Academy's formatting and quality standards.
