We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow a new personal brand and online coaching community.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who understands social media, content creation, audience growth, and online communities. You will work directly with our Marketing Director, CEO, creative team, and existing AI/content tools to turn ideas, videos, talks, and business lessons into consistent social media content.
You do not need to build everything alone. You will have support from an existing marketing and creative team, but we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day social media operation and help us grow the audience and community over time.

Our primary audience is business owners and entrepreneurs, generally between the ages of 40 and 55, with a global audience.
We already have an existing library of talks, lessons, videos, ideas, and frameworks. Your job will be to help turn that material into engaging social media content and build an active audience around it.
What You Will Do:
-Social Media Management
-Manage content across Instagram,
-Help create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
-Write captions, hooks, posts, and short-form content
-Repurpose long-form videos and talks into social media content
-Publish and schedule content across platforms
-Identify content ideas, trends, topics, and formats worth testing
-Help develop recurring content series
-Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
-Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
-Engage with followers and help grow relationships with the audience
Content Creation
-Turn existing talks, lessons, videos, and ideas into social posts
-Create simple graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and other content when needed
-Write briefs and instructions for our video editors and designers
-Review creative work before it is published
-Identify strong clips, quotes, hooks, stories, and ideas from longer content
-Use AI tools to help research, brainstorm, write, and repurpose content
You will have access to an existing creative team, so you are not expected to personally edit every video or design every graphic.
Community Management:
You will also work with our Marketing Director to help build and grow our online coaching community.
Responsibilities may include:
-Helping launch and manage our free online community
-Welcoming and engaging new members
-Creating discussion topics, questions, polls, and community posts
-Encouraging conversations between members
-Sharing educational content inside the community
-Identifying highly engaged members and common audience questions
-Helping organize community events, webinars, challenges, or live sessions
-Collecting member feedback
-Helping move interested members from free content toward our paid coaching programs
Experience with platforms such as Skool, Circle, Kajabi,
Growth & Analytics
-Track social media performance and audience growth
-Monitor reach, engagement, followers, watch time, clicks, and other key metrics
-Identify which content performs best
-Recommend new content ideas based on performance
-Help test different hooks, formats, topics, and platforms
-Work with the Marketing Director to improve the overall content and community strategy
Nice to Have:
-Experience growing a social media account or personal brand
-Community management experience
-Experience with Skool, Circle, Kajabi,
-Short-form video editing experience
-Canva or basic graphic design experience
-Experience with AI content tools
-Experience repurposing podcasts, webinars, interviews, or long-form videos
-Experience working with coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs, executives, or B2B brands
-Understanding of content analytics and social media growth
You do not need to be an expert in every platform or every skill listed above. We care most about finding someone who understands social media, communicates well, learns quickly, stays organized, and takes ownership of their work.
