We’re looking for a talented video editor to create a 60–75 second YouTube channel trailer for a new golf documentary series called Tuesday Golf.
Tuesday Golf is not a typical fast-paced golf YouTube channel. We play nine holes with regular golfers and hear the interesting stories behind their lives — funny stories, unusual careers, successes, failures, difficult moments, and everything in between.
The style is cinematic, documentary-inspired, thoughtful, human, and occasionally funny.
We already have:
Professionally shot multi-camera golf footage
Drone footage
Guest audio
Pre-interview audio from future guests
Full transcripts
A completed trailer script
Voiceover that will be provided
Your job will be to take those assets and assemble the finished trailer.
Some specific guest quotes are identified in the script. You’ll need to locate those moments within the supplied footage/audio using the transcripts and build the edit around them.
We want someone with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music, sound design, and emotional contrast — not just someone who can make quick cuts.
Deliverable:
One polished 60–75 second channel trailer, including music, sound design, color, and final audio mix.
Please send 2–3 examples of your best cinematic/documentary or story-driven editing work.
If you’ve edited golf, sports documentaries, human-interest stories, or cinematic YouTube content, even better.
