## Building Beauty Podcast Producer & Content Assistant

Hi! I'm the co-host of a new podcast called **Building Beauty**, where we have thoughtful conversations about career, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and building a life you love.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Podcast Producer & Content Assistant** to help us manage the behind-the-scenes production of our weekly podcast. While experience with podcasts is a plus, we're most interested in finding someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow with us.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Downloading Zoom podcast recordings and uploading them into Riverside.
* Editing full podcast episodes in Riverside using our preferred style.
* Creating engaging short-form video clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Writing episode titles, descriptions, show notes, and timestamps.
* Uploading and scheduling podcast episodes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other podcast platforms.
* Organizing video and audio files in Google Drive.
* Helping maintain a consistent weekly publishing schedule.
* Assisting with additional content-related projects as the podcast grows.

This role will begin at approximately **10 hours per month**, with the opportunity to grow alongside Building Beauty.
