JOB OVERVIEW

Cash Offer Investment is looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Virtual Assistant to join our growing real estate investment company.

If you have hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads, understand how to generate and optimize leads, and enjoy using data to improve campaign performance, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company, take ownership of marketing campaigns, and play an important role in helping us generate more motivated seller leads and real estate opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help manage our digital marketing efforts while keeping our lead-generation systems organized and performing efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads
- Generating motivated seller leads for wholesale and flip opportunities
- Monitoring campaign performance and advertising spend
- Tracking key metrics including CPL, qualified leads, conversions, cost per contract, and ROI
- Testing audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Creating and maintaining weekly marketing reports
- Accurately tracking lead sources and marketing data inside our CRM
- Assisting with marketing-related administrative tasks and company organization
- Proactively communicating what's working, what's not, and what should be tested next

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level paid advertising position. We're looking for someone who has personally managed campaigns and understands how to evaluate performance beyond simply launching ads.

Required:

- Proven hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Previous paid lead-generation experience
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Experience working with a CRM
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, analytical, and proactive
- Ability to work during agreed-upon hours between 9 AM–5 PM Central Time

Big plus: Previous experience with real estate investing, wholesaling, motivated seller campaigns, or lead generation for real estate businesses.
