We’re Looking For: A High-Performance Direct Response Video Editor

We need an extra-talented video editor who understands both direct response marketing and high-impact storytelling.

You will be responsible for editing short and long-form video content, crafting compelling motion graphics, and structuring edits that maximize engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

This is a remote role, but you’ll be part of a global team collaborating on high-budget campaigns for Facebook, YouTube, and VSLs. If you know how to turn raw footage into money-making assets, we want you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-converting ads and VSLs.
- Develop and integrate motion graphics that enhance persuasion and storytelling.
- Optimize hook, pacing, and retention to maximize performance.
- Work with marketers, copywriters, and media buyers to test and refine creatives.
- Stay updated on what’s working in paid ads and apply performance data to your edits.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

- A strong aesthetic eye. We care about taste — technique can be taught.

- A portfolio that shows polished, detail-oriented work.

- Experience editing for e-commerce brands or YouTube channels.

- Deep understanding of platform-specific ad formats (FB, IG, YouTube).

- Knows how to hook an audience within 3 seconds and maintain engagement.

- Works fast, meets deadlines, and thrives in a high-performance team.

- Bonus #1: Experience in the personal growth/relationships niche.

- Bonus #2: Experience with AI video generation and voice tools such as Sora, Veo, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Dreamface, ElevenLabs, or similar.
