We are a growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand, active in both the Dutch-speaking market (Netherlands and Belgium) and English-speaking markets (US, CA, AU, NZ). We are looking for one experienced Klaviyo email designer to take ownership of our email marketing. This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off project.

Important: we want an experienced Klaviyo expert and strong graphic designer. No beginners.

## The main focus of this role
Consistently designing and sending high-converting email campaigns in both English and Dutch. This is what you will spend most of your time on, so top-level design and campaign skills are essential.

## What you will do
- Design and send consistent, high-converting campaigns in both English and Dutch (this is the core of the role)
- Cover all campaign types: product launches, founder emails, events, holidays, and educational content
- Optimize and A/B test our existing flows when needed (flows are secondary, our core flows are already in good shape)
- Keep the account healthy: strong segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability
- Bring your own creative concepts and angles, together with the founders

## What we are looking for
- Strong graphic design skills with a real eye for high-converting email design (portfolio required)
- Proven Klaviyo experience with real campaign and design work
- Comfortable in Figma and Notion.
- Good grasp of email strategy: segmentation, deliverability, and what actually converts
- Experience with brand and customer research, and current email trends that work
- Organized, comfortable in Notion, and able to think for yourself
- Excellent written English
- Big plus: hands-on experience A/B testing existing flows in Klaviyo

## Languages
Our brand is active in both Dutch and English markets, so you will produce campaigns in both languages. You do not need to speak Dutch, you can use AI translation tools for the Dutch versions.

## What we provide
Our own content library (lifestyle and product photos), brand data (winning angles, customer desires, flow structures), and direct collaboration with the founders.
