JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my tutoring and digital-product business.

The main focus of this role is helping us research, create, and improve marketing assets, especially Facebook and Instagram ads.

You will work closely with me and our copywriter. I will usually provide the audience, offer, copy, and strategic direction, but I also want someone who can research competitors, find strong creative references, and suggest ideas worth testing.

I'm looking for someone who will be a good long-term fit, with room to grow with more hours over time.

Responsibilities

1. Ad Research & Creatives

* Research Meta ads, competitors, hooks, visual styles, and creative formats
* Suggest ad concepts based on our customer profile and existing research
* Create static Facebook and Instagram ads
* Produce multiple variations for testing
* Use AI tools to generate or edit images and speed up production
* Design thumbnails, promotional graphics, and social assets

2. Landing Pages

* Build and edit landing pages in GoHighLevel
* Format pages for desktop and mobile
* Add copy, graphics, videos, forms, testimonials, and buttons
* Update pages as we test different offers and messaging

3. Video Editing

* Edit short-form ads and promotional clips
* Edit testimonials, talking-head videos, and YouTube content
* Add captions, B-roll, graphics, music, and simple animations
* Turn long-form footage into shorter clips

4. PDFs & Creative Assets

* Design guides, checklists, worksheets, lead magnets, and other PDFs
* Maintain consistent branding
* Organize project files, templates, references, and finished assets

You’re a Great Fit If You

* Have a strong visual eye and good attention to detail
* Have experience with graphic design and video editing
* Can follow examples and creative direction
* Are comfortable researching competitors and bringing creative ideas
* Understand basic layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
* Can work independently and make revisions quickly
* Are willing to learn new tools and processes

Experience with Meta ad creatives, direct-response marketing, landing pages, or online education is a strong advantage.

Useful tools include:

* Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
* CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* GoHighLevel
* ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools
* Google Drive and YouTube

You do not need to be an expert in every area. I care most about creative ability, reliability, attention to detail, and your ability to learn. Include the word “Creativity” in your subject line.

Details

Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start
Pay: $4–5 USD/hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote
Work style: Async with occasional check-ins
Growth: Opportunity for more hours, responsibility, and increased compensation over time

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a 1-2 trial tasks involving ad research, an ad graphic, video edit, or landing-page section.

To Apply

Send a 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining:

* Your graphic-design and video-editing experience
* Any experience with Meta ads or landing pages
* Which area is your strongest
* Which software and AI tools you use

Please also share:
