POSITION OVERVIEW
Natori is looking for a part-time Digital Content Production Assistant to support the creation and maintenance of visual content on ---------- .
The primary focus of this role will be building digital content and pages within FASTR, our web content creation platform. The person will work with provided creative assets, imagery, copy, and established brand guidelines to build polished on-site experiences, including digital catalogs, editorial content, landing pages, and other visual content.
Prior FASTR experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with visual design and page-building tools, has a strong eye for detail and layout, and can learn FASTR quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and update digital catalogs, landing pages, editorial content, and other on-site experiences using FASTR.
• Work with provided creative assets, imagery, and copy to create polished page layouts.
• Crop, resize, retouch, and prepare imagery for web use as needed.
• Arrange imagery, typography, copy, and other visual elements according to Natori's brand guidelines.
• Translate provided creative direction and layouts into finished digital experiences.
• Update existing FASTR content when imagery, copy, products, or creative direction changes.
• Ensure layouts are visually consistent and display properly across desktop and mobile.
• Maintain organized creative files and digital assets.
• Follow established templates, specifications, and production processes.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from Natori's Digital Marketing and Creative teams.
• Manage multiple content-production assignments and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, web content production, or a similar creative role.
• Experience with visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar programs.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, imagery, and overall visual presentation.
• Experience preparing and editing images for digital/web use.
• Comfortable learning and working within web-based page builders or content-management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring production assignments.
• Good written communication skills and ability to work effectively with a remote team.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with FASTR/Zmags or similar visual content-building platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ongoing website creative production and FASTR content support
• Training on Natori's FASTR processes and standards will be provided
