About us

Perfect Selection Marketing is a DTC marketing agency that works exclusively with clothing and apparel brands. We run paid ads, ambassador programs, email/SMS and UGC for our clients. Our founder built and scaled a clothing brand past $10M before starting the agency, so creative here is treated as the actual growth lever, not decoration.

The role

You will design ad creatives for Meta and Instagram ads, plus graphics for social feeds, email and landing pages. You will work off written briefs inside ---------- , and your work goes straight to a media buyer who will run it and report back on what performed. You will see real numbers on your creative every week.

Day to day:
- Static ad creatives for Meta/IG (concepts, hooks, layouts, iterations on winners)
- Social media graphics and feed content
- Email and SMS graphics
- Occasional landing page and brand assets
- Fast iteration on tested creative based on performance feedback

What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio of ad creatives or social graphics, ideally in apparel, fashion, streetwear or ecommerce
- Comfortable in Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent)
- Can turn a written brief into finished work without a lot of hand holding
- Reliable communicator who hits deadlines
- Available full time and responsive during our working hours

Bonus (not required)
- Basic video editing for ad content (Premiere, After Effects or CapCut)
- Experience editing UGC style videos

We move fast and we're direct. We give clear briefs and expect clear questions back. Nobody micromanages you, but we do measure work by whether it performs. If you want to get better at creative that actually sells, you will learn a lot here. If you want a quiet job where nobody looks at your output, this is not it.
