We are a European consumer goods company selling kitchen accessories and cleaning products on Amazon (DE, EU and US marketplaces) and through our own D2C webshop. Our team sits in Europe, works in English, and runs lean. You will work directly with our Brand Managers, not through three layers of management.
We are looking for someone who wants to stay for years, grow into more responsibility, and actually own the catalog rather than just execute tickets.
Catalog and listing management
• Create, maintain and fix Amazon product listings across multiple marketplaces
• Build and upload flat files (inventory, images, relationships, compliance attributes)
• Set up variations, parentages, and new ASIN launches
• Keep listing data consistent between Amazon and our D2C shop
• Maintain listing content: titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ modules, backend keywords
Problem solving with Amazon
• Open, track and escalate Seller Support cases until they are actually resolved
• Fix suppressed, stranded, blocked and hijacked listings
• Handle category approvals, compliance documents, and brand registry topics
Customer and review management
• Answer and follow up on customer messages within Amazon SLA
• Monitor and analyze product reviews, flag quality and content issues to the team
• Manage review policy compliance
Research and analysis
• Product and competitor research (keywords, pricing, positioning)
• Prepare simple, clean reports that a Brand Manager can act on
• Flag risks, blockers and anything that could delay a task, early and in writing
Team support
• Assist Brand Managers with day-to-day Amazon tasks
• Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired brands and products
• Work with our Category Management, Channel Management, Marketing, Purchasing, Shop Management, BI and Product Management colleagues
• Take on other operational tasks as agreed
We are looking for service providers, not employees. You work as an independent contractor and invoice us monthly for your services. You are responsible for your own taxes, business registration and social contributions in the Philippines. We pay by [bank transfer / Wise / PayPal] within 15 days of receiving your invoice.
What we offer
• Long-term, stable full-time engagement
• Direct access to decision makers, no bureaucracy
• Real ownership of the catalog and room to grow into a Brand Manager role
What you need to have
Must have
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (not Vendor Central only)
• Proven experience with flat files: you can build one from scratch and fix an upload error report without help
• Experience opening and winning Seller Support cases
• Strong written English, clear and direct
• Reliable internet, own computer, and a quiet place to work
• Attention to detail. Small data errors cost us real money
• Able to work independently and report proactively without being chased
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or Asana
• Excel or Google Sheets skills (filters, lookups, pivot tables)
Nice to have
• Experience with EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, SE, NL)
• Experience with Shopify or another D2C shop platform
• Experience with A+ Content and Brand Story
How to apply
Applications that do not follow these steps will not be reviewed.
1. Start your message with the word FLATFILE in the subject line.
2. In 3 to 5 sentences, describe the most complicated Amazon listing problem you personally solved. What was broken, what did you do, what was the result?
3. Tell us which Amazon marketplaces you have worked on and how many ASINs you were responsible for.
4. Answer this: a parent ASIN with 6 child variations shows only 2 children on the live listing. The other 4 are active in Seller Central. Name three things you would check first.
5. Attach your CV and tell us your expected monthly rate in USD.
We reply to every applicant who follows the steps above.
