JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our growing sports placement and business operations team. In this role, you will be dedicated to conducting in-depth market research, gathering critical data, and supporting data-driven strategies that fuel our expansion.

If you are a resourceful online investigator who loves organizing data and finding high-value insights, this role is for you. Knowledge or a passion for football (soccer) / sports is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities
* In-Depth Market & Web Research: Conduct targeted online research to identify new market trends, strategic opportunities, and key industry information.
* Data Collection & Tracking: Gather, verify, and organize complex data sets into clean, structured spreadsheets.
* Database Maintenance: Keep all internal research databases, tracking sheets, and records accurately updated and well-maintained.
* Information Synthesis: Analyze research findings and present summaries or reports to support team decision-making.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong Research Skills: Proven ability to navigate internet sources, perform advanced web searches, and verify information accuracy.
* Tool Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills with Google Sheets and MS Excel (data organization, formatting, and basic formulas).
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
* Football/Sports Interest: Familiarity with or a strong passion for football/sports is a definite advantage (though not strictly required).
