Full-Time Production Manager — 30+ Faceless YouTube Channels

Salary $200/month

I run a network of faceless explainer channels, and I'm scaling fast with more launches on the way. I'm looking for one person to take the reins on daily production — and grow with me as the operation grows.

Why this role is easier than it sounds

Everything is already centralised in one software I built: a Trello-style board where video projects generate and can be reviewed right on the card. No chasing files across ten apps. No guesswork about what's next. You open the board and the work is in front of you.

What you'll actually do

You'll be the person who keeps daily uploads happening — communicating with the team, managing production, pushing projects forward yourself, and overseeing the whole operation.

Day to day, that looks like:

Daily communication with me and the rest of the staff
Making sure the design team is doing what's needed to get videos finished
Jumping in to help designers when that's what gets the day's production out
Reviewing videos (quick quality checks before renders)
Uploads

Who this is for

You're adaptable, driven, and comfortable switching gears fast to do whatever the day calls for. You show up every day, put in the work, and get things done to protect the upload schedule.

You don't need prior experience with my systems — all training and tools are provided. You just need to be willing to learn.
