## Real Estate Virtual Assistant | CRM & Automation Specialist

Sprint Labs is looking for an experienced **Real Estate Virtual Assistant with CRM and workflow automation experience** to support a client in the real estate industry.

This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate administration and can also **build, manage, and improve automated workflows** for communication between buyers, sellers, and the team.

### What You'll Be Doing

* Manage communication and coordination between buyers, sellers, and the real estate team
* Automate calendar scheduling, appointments, and reminders
* Set up and manage automated email and SMS follow-ups
* Coordinate phone calls and follow-up activities
* Manage buyer and seller information within the CRM
* Build and maintain CRM workflows and automation sequences
* Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline
* Set up notifications, reminders, and follow-up tasks
* Coordinate appointments, property-related activities, and client communication
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM information
* Handle general real estate administration
* Identify repetitive administrative tasks that can be automated
* Improve existing workflows to make the team's processes more efficient

### What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can do more than general VA or administrative work.

You should be comfortable working with automation and understand how different tools can work together.

For example, you should be able to help create workflows such as:

**New Enquiry → CRM → Automated Email/SMS → Appointment Booking → Calendar → Reminder → Agent Notification → Follow-Up**

### Requirements

* Previous experience as a **Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Administrator, Operations VA, or similar role**
* Experience working with buyers, sellers, agents, or real estate businesses
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems
* Experience creating or managing workflow automations
* Strong calendar and appointment management skills
* Experience with email and client communication
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable learning and implementing new systems
* Able to work independently and solve workflow problems

### Highly Preferred

Experience with one or more of the following:

* GoHighLevel
* HubSpot
* Zapier
* Make
* Calendly
* Twilio
* Real estate CRM platforms
* Email and SMS automation tools
* Workflow and pipeline automation
