HERE IS MY PROBLEM
99% of AI UGC looks like AI UGC. Dead eyes, plastic skin, a voice that sounds like an airport announcement, a mouth that drifts off the audio. It scrolls past. It converts nothing.

A small number of people can generate a synthetic person that a TikTok viewer never questions. I want to hire one of them.

THE WORK
Short-form ads for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, under 60 seconds. AI UGC talking heads, AI B-roll, sourced B-roll, AI voiceover, styled captions, fast cuts in CapCut.

Per shift: 5 to 7 finished videos, or up to 30 variants of what is already running - new first 3 seconds, new hook, swapped opening clip, new hook audio, new captions, new voice.

Friday to Monday. 4 days, 28 hours per week. $400/month. Remote.

Most videos fail. We test hard and fast, and we do not fall in love with anything.

THREE QUESTIONS
1. Name every AI video model you generated with in the last 30 days, and what each is bad at. I am looking for real working knowledge - Veo 3, Seedance 2.5, Kling, Hailuo, Higgsfield, Runway, whatever you actually run.
2. Give me your three specific tricks for making an AI person read as real instead of generated.
3. What makes something go viral on TikTok that does not work on any other platform? One paragraph, your own words.
